Description:

This excursion can be done either in the morning or in the afternoon. Only half a day is enough for any guest to visit most of the city’s pleasant and wonderful highlights. At the end of this splendid excursion, you will be dropped off back at your hotel or port of entry.

Schedule:

 You will be picked up from your hotel preferably at 9.00 a.m. accompanied by an English-speaking driver/guide, to discover the city of Agadir highlights. The excursion usually begins with a visit to the castle, known as “Agadir Oufella”, built in the 16th century but crumbled during the 1960’s earthquake. This Kasbah is perched on a high hilltop where you will enjoy a fabulous view of the city and its surroundings. Next is the trip to the city center; known as “Nouvelle Ville” where you can have a photo break at the main mosque followed by a short visit to the agricultural cooperative of Argan to observe the extraction of its rich oil and its derivatives. The final destination of the tour will be the local market “Souk Al Had” the largest market in the area, a very interesting location for all sorts of shopping.
