Agadir Excursion to Imouzzer: The Wonderful Cascade Beauty

The High Atlas ....Landscapes of the valley of paradise

Departure at 09:00 a.m. and while leaving the city, the mountains of the High Atlas start to appear on the gorgeous mountain road often called the honey road; along the road are settled merchants of precious and semi-precious stones, sellers of fruit and particularly small bananas for which the area is known. You will also notice organic vegetable gardens tended to by villagers in their humble fields extending along the valley. Driving through the gorgeous mountainous area, you will enjoy forests rich in pine, Argan trees, oleanders, palm groves, and scenic Berber villages scattered the length of the road. Stops and photo breaks at will.

As soon as you arrive; your first stop is the visit of the weekly rural souk (only on Thursday). Continue to the valley of Imouzer until the foot of the waterfalls nicknamed the veil of the bride; from here the waterfalls can be admired but only during the rainy season from winter till early spring.

Lunch is planned at a beautiful mountain location; where you will enjoy the freshness of the mountain air, the beauty of flowers growing in the gardens, the sweetness of the water flowing through the gardens....., a spectacular feeling which gives you the desire to never leave. (meal price is about 10 euro/prs;  not included in the excursion price). 

After the meal, on the return trip,(optional) you will take the road on the other side of the Atlas for a change of landscape but this time even climbing higher up to alt 2000 m to enjoy the breath-taking wild landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains. This unique excursion will stay in your memory for years.
